CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments represent a significant time commitment that we have made exclusively to you. Out of respect for our counselors and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Please call the office and our staff will be happy to work with you to adjust schedules as needed. For maximum convenience, we try to schedule sessions on a regular weekly schedule and send reminder texts the day before your sessions. If  you are not able to attend 2 appointments in a row, we may assume that you are in need of a different schedule and may ask that you schedule sessions week by week until such a time as you are able to maintain regular appointments.

You will be charged a fee if you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the time of your session. If you do not keep an appointment and we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of the beginning of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee, and may lose your regular appointment slot and need to reschedule future appointments.

$50 Fee for failure to keep a scheduled appointment

$25 Fee for cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment.

In order to have the most effective time with your therapist, we urge you to be punctual for each session. If you need to reschedule any sessions, we are more than happy to help you. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, the session will need to be rescheduled.
